REBATE PROGRAM: This program is tailored toward home buyers who do not have a realtor representing them. In situations where the only realtor in the transaction is the Seller's agent, that realtor stands to keep the entire sales commission, since there is no Buyer's agent to split it with.

We will present the offer on your behalf, and rebate you one-half of the Buyer's agent commission, as shown in the illustration below:

Example 1:  In a typical sale, Buyer and Seller each have an agent. In a $200,000 sale, where the sale commission is 6%, a commission of $12,000 is paid by the Seller and is split 2 ways:  the Seller's agent gets $6,000, as does the Buyer's agent.

Example 2:  Using the same information as in Example 1, if the buyer is not represented by a realtor, Seller's agent keeps the entire $12,000.

OUR PROGRAM:  Mortgage brokers hold the same licenses as real estate agents. You can use that to your advantage  when you don't have a realtor to represent you and you ask us to do so. We will negotiate the transaction on your behalf  and give you a  rebate of one-half of the Buyer's agent commission  ($3,000 in this example of a $200,000 purchase). Please note that your lender will receive a full disclosure of the rebate, and may choose not to allow it.
