Alternative Income Verification with Bank Statements
If you have bad credit (maybe even current past dues and collections), only have a 10% down-payment available, and can't show W2s, pay-stubs, or tax returns, maybe you can verify income with bank statements? We will calculate your income as the average of your deposits over the last 12 months.
